From time to time we send out a "Quality Service Survey" to our current listing clients to check with them on how we are doing. Following is a survey we received back from one of our great clients who added some comedy to his answers. We hope you enjoy as much as we did!!
1. On a Scale of 1 to 5, how well have we delivered what we promised?
Comment: 2 - I hoped to have lunch catered to me by now. I mean really, I am giving them business. All I ask is for a slice of sausage and pepperoni from Rizzos. Denise is cool;.however, she sees things others do not. (towel in the laundry room). Jennifer is cool, too. However, she is deceptive. Her hair is long but the picture shows short hair. This might indicate self-conscience behavior and lack of confidence. (AKA -their Trivia score) Be who you are Jenn3;..
2. On a Scale of 1 to 5, how accessible are we when you need to contact us?
Comment: 5 - to the point it´s almost creepy. I call-they answer. I email-they answer-I just think about them..they answer. Weird. They are like real-estate ninjas.
3. On a Scale of 1 to 5, how have we listened to you?
Comment: 5 - Odd question. They have listened with both ears. Sheeesh..this question lowers my IQ mean really.
4. On a Scale of 1 to 5, how willing would you be to recommend us?
Comment: 5 -Us-meaning Jennifer and Denise? The company in general? My house hasn´t sold yet..hard to recommend thus far. But I know they are awesome.
5. On a Scale of 1 to 5, how would you rate the quality of our service?
Comment: Well their service is so-so. For example..if I asked them these three questions I am sure the, "NO" answer will surface. 1) Will you wash my car? 2) Will you scrape the goo off my left toe? 3.) Will you touch the towel over my dryer? Ok a 5 rating.
6. If you were in charge of our business, what one thing would you change? Hmmmm, I would change the size of your signs in the neighborhood. I mean good grief! Huge!! I had to put cones in the street so other cars had to wait for me to back out of the driveway. I saw Jennifer´s picture and thought she was actually there!!
7. What is one thing we could add to our service to make it a 5+? Deliver the pizza I wanted.
8. How could we do a better job of serving you? Remain my friend when this is all over. I need friends.
